A Card for Will

Jack had a busy morning: Breakfast - check. Playtime - check. Personalize a get well card for Will while watching Elmo - check. Walk to the mailbox - check. Send the card on its way to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital - check. Keep an eye on Roxie - check. Head to the truck - check. Check on Pa - check. Check on the neighborhood (beehives, barn, combine, tractors, backhoe, dump truck, goats, llama) - check. Time for lunch :)

Today, I took Jack to the "liby".  He had great fun and got to pick out some neat books.  Then we went to Wal-Mart to do some shopping.  When we finished, we went to the McDonald's there so that Will could have lunch.  As we were leaving, I showed him Ronald McDonald.  The happy, imaginary clown just about caused Jack to have a panic attack.  I reassured him, but he didn't quite believe me that there was no need to be afraid of Ronald.  He never took his eyes off him until we were out of sight.  Sure liked his cheeseburger and chocolate milk, though :)
