one should stop -
and just be happy . . .

5th Annual Camp Nonnanee

This was the first time Roxie got to go to Rocky River.
She loved it!

Playing "Old Maid"
waiting for the rest of the girls to come

The girls watched "Enchanted"
and "The Princess and the Frog"
during camp this year.

Thursday evening meal:
Domino's Pizza, fruit and veggies

Aunt Holly's Strawberry/Buttermilk Sherbet -
yummo!

Evening Devotional

Friday morning at Little House

Pancakes!

Elizabeth taught the girls
some fun things she learned
at YW Camp.

On Friday afternoon,
the guys from ManCamp
joined us for some
Rocky River fun.

Pa's slingshot was a big hit!
Uncle Matthew was the primary target.

He eventually got his revenge, though.

Happy Birthday, Jake!
Great cake, Aunt Jenny.
That with the ice cream
was a great afternoon treat.

Armed & Dangerous

Marshmallow Guns!!!
Fun to make and
fun to shoot.
I'll bet the fish
got a little sugared up
that afternoon!

This make-shift outdoor shower
helped minimize the amount of sand in Little House.
Yea!

She fished and fished and fished and fished . . .
(without a hook).
Her casting skills improved tremendously, though.

So dramatic . . .

Building a dam

Friday evening meal:
Pa's yummy grilled chicken.
Mmmmmmmm

More s'mores, please . . .

Final rhythm band practice
on Saturday morning
before Family Day
at Fall Creek Falls

Fun at the bottom of Fall Creek Falls

It was nice to be able to stop
for some group shots
on our hike back to the top
in one hundred degree heat.
Whew!
Sure wish the WHOLE CLAN
could have been there.

Thanks for lunch, Uncle Eric!

Showtime!!!
