Time with the Ellsworths!

On Monday, Julee, the girls and I spent most of the day at a huge church where Ceseley and Natalie have classes (C has the most) for the home schoolers who are part of that co-op.  Toward the end of the day, while N was in class, Julee and I walked quite a bit in that very beautiful old area.  After the girls classes were over, we met Dan for some gourmet burgers.  Loved mine!

Fashion sense?!?!?

On Tuesday, we went to the brand-spanking-new library in the area, which is always a fun outing.  We went for lunch after that, then headed north to one of my favorite shopping spots:  Plow and Hearth.  We were there FOREVER.  Partly because it came a huge downpour that just wouldn't quit.  Partly.  It was fun, though.  Julee found some cushions and pillows for her rockers and swing, plus some cute things with which to decorate the top of her kitchen cabinets, and I found a pillow for the chair hammock at Little House. We cleaned the rockers and swing and railings on the front porch when we got back and made it look beautiful!

On Wednesday, Julee went BACK to Plow and Hearth while I stayed home with the girls.  Then, we got really busy.  Dentist appointment for Ceseley.  Music lessons for both girls in Richmond, which equals FABULOUS.  Bike shopping for Ceseley.  Dinner at a favorite spot in Ruckersville:  Blue Ridge Cafe.  And then, the heavens opened up, and it stormed like crazy!!!

Thursday, we left early for Natalie's preschool.  It was the morning of their Mother's Day breakfast.  I loved seeing her classroom.  It's in a huge church tucked away on the top of a hill where you wouldn't think there was anything close by withing miles.  Not so, though.  After we left her school, Julee and I shopped a little bit for US.  It was so fun.  Ceseley took a pic of us in the dressing room that has become a favorite.

I had delayed the time of my departure as long as I dared, at that point, and reluctantly hugged and kissed three of the most precious girls in the world goodbye.  We had had a wonderful time!!!
